How do I determine my correct size for Birdwell Beach Britches?
Our heritage SurfNyl™ fabric does not stretch, so we recommend measuring your actual waistline or comparing against a pair of non-stretch pants. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is SurfNyl™ and why is it special?
SurfNyl™ is our proprietary double-layered nylon fabric developed for maximum durability and quick-drying performance. It is designed to withstand the rigors of the surf and improve with age, often lasting for decades.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or special releases, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our Santa Ana factory.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom 'Pick-Your-Patch' or personalized items are final sale.
Do you offer a lifetime guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your britches fail due to a construction error, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
Can I wash my Birdwells in a washing machine?
To preserve the life of the fabric and the integrity of the colors, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid using bleach or high-heat dryers.
